A great way to stay motivated with your training and diet plan is to rewards yourself with a treat day. I found this to be a big help when completeing my 12 week muscle building challenge.

For example if i spent the week eating well and sticking to my plans then at the end of the week i would have an 'off' day where i did and ate whatever i wanted. This was phased out to a treat meal and once a week i would eat one meal of whatever i wanted.
