Workout From Home For A Better Body
Without A Gym

Working out at home has many advantages and is my preferred method of working out for a few reasons.

  1. You can train whenever you want without having to worry about gym opening and closing time.

  2. You can wear what you want. This may sound silly put some gyms have a slight dress code.

  3. No monthly membership payments.

  4. No contracts.

  5. No long cues for the machines.

  6. No feelings of intimidation from the bigger guys.

 

Above is just a few examples of the reasons why i train at home. Don't think that you need to build a full gym inside your house because you don't. In fact you can get a great workout without even getting any equipment and simply doing bodyweight exercises will help you get fit.


The top 2 main reasons that most people want to start working out is fat loss and muscle building.


There are two huge sections on this site with home workouts for both fat loss and muscle building:

When choosing the workout that you are going to follow you need to make sure that you choose one that suits your situation. For example there is no point in picking a cardio only workout when your goal is building muscle, or a weights workout when you don't even have access to weights.


Your at home exercise program can be as simple or as complicated as you like and there is no end to what you can do. (Providing you have the equipment and space for it.)


If you do not have any weight training equipment then there are literally hundreds of different bodyweight exercises you can follow.
