You can use this databse in one of 2 ways. The first is to select the body part from the table below and you will be taken to a list of all the exercises for that body part.


The second way is to simply search for the exercise you are after, select the hyperlink and be taken to a different page which explains how to perform each of the exercises which is illustrated with pictures or video.

When view the exercise table you will notice a symbol next to each of the exercise name. This symbol signifies what equipment you will need for each of the exercises.

B = Barbell
X = Barbell or Dumbbell Variations
N = Bodyweight Exercise
M = Medicine Ball
K = Kettlebells
S = Swiss Ball
