Ingredients

�� 2 Small Onions, Raw
�� 3 Ounces Ground Turkey Meat
�� 1½ Cup Canned Kidney Beans
�� 1 Cup Chopped Green Bell Peppers
�� 1 Cup Chopped Red Bell Peppers
�� 1 Cup Mushrooms
�� 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
�� 3 Cloves Garlic
�� Ground Black Pepper to taste
�� 1 Tsp Ground Turmeric
�� 1 Tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
�� 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce




Directions

�� In a skillet, cook turkey, vegetables, and spices (except turmeric) in 1 Tsp olive oil.
�� In a bowl, whip eggs and turmeric.
�� In a second pan, heat 1 Tsp olive oil, pour ¼ egg mixture and cook until omelet is formed.
�� Make 4 omelets.
�� Put 1 omelet on breakfast plate, garnish with turkey mixture and cover with second omelet.
�� Repeat to make a second sandwich.
�� Serve hot.
