Bootcamps are often associated with the military and this style of training is growing in poularity with people looking to burn fat and tone up. Billy Blanks has put together a complete training package featuring drills from his popular Tae Bo workouts.
The bootcamp system comes either in a box set and sold as a complete training package or you can get the DVD's individually and do as much or as little of the workouts as you wish.
I own the Tae Bo Bootcamp Ystem and have to say that it is well put together. I purchased the box set online and recieved the following:

These workouts are not for the faint hearted and you will be following a workout almost everyday in order to get maximum results. Some of the movements require a resonable amount of space so make sure that there are no obstructions in front of your DVD player as you will either end up with an injury or break something.

The Tae Bo bootcamp workouts sees the introduction of the use of 'Billy Bands'. These are basically resistance bands which will add a little resistance to some of the exercises shown. If you have bought the DVD's sepeartely or dont want to use the billy bands then thats not a problem and the movements can be done with or without them. You can always work yourself up to using them and start off without them.
Another thing that i like about these tae Bo Bootcamp DVD's is that not everyone who is doing the workout with Billy has a fitness model body. I find this to be very motivating as it makes me thing that normal people like me can do this workout to.

As with all of the Tae Bo Workouts Billy explains every detail of the program very well and the instructions are easy to follow. Some of the exercises you may not get first time round put dont worry just keep going until you do.
My favourite section of the bootcamp DVD's is the abdominal one. I rarely trained abs in the passed and just used to reply on weight training hitting the abs as a secondary muscle. The first ab workout i did using this system made me ache so bad. My core the next day ached in places that i never knew existed. This workout will hit your abdominal muscles from every single angle.

As with all forms of exercise, you wont see results unless you follow the program consistantly, not missing workouts and following a good diet plan.
