Billy Blanks Tae Bo Abs Training

A firm flat stomach is sought after by many people and most of us think that just doing sit ups is the key to getting firm flat abdominal muscles.

Tae Bo is a form of exercise which incoportates aerobics and kickboxing into a fantastic high paced workout. I have recently been doing some Tae Bo workouts and have found them to be fantastic in improving fitness levels and burning body fat.


I have recently purchased the Billy Blanks Tae Bo Bootcamp seires and i have been doing the abdominal workout that comes with the program.

The tae bo home workout lasts for around 35minutes and includes so great veriations of abs exercises. This workout will help you tone your stomach muscles and burn fat at the same time due to the shere intensity tae bo abs workoutof the workout.


Tae Bo workouts are simple to follow as you just copy billy blanks as he dose each exercise on your tv. You can pause the workout if you wish to and rewind it if you need to look at a movement again. The workout itself is fast paced and if you have never done a tae bo workout or have never workout out before then you will find it fairly difficult to keep up with the pace. Dont worry though after a few sessions you will soon get the hang of it and will look like a pro.

Notice how there is not one sit up in this abs workout and that is simply because you do not need them to tone your stomach muscles.

Remember

A flat stomach is a result of training AND dieting. The combination of dieting and training is the fastest way to achieve a flat stomach.


Tae Bo workouts are for men and women and can be done in the comfort of your own home without any equipment. You just need a resonably large floor space. The Tae Bo Abs Workout does not require as much floor space as a normal Tae Bo cardio workout as most of the tae bo bootcamp packageabs exercises are on the spot.

You can pick up a copy of this Tae Bo DVD relitivley cheap now as they are quite old. I have seen them on Amazon for less then $10 each, however if you shop around you could get them cheaper. You can get the Tae Bo Abs Workout as part of the Bootcamp package which i highly recommened for a great home workout and then you can combine the cardio workouts, ab workouts and resistance bands for the ultimate home training fat loss package.
