Post Workout Soreness

I am currently half way through week 2 and the soreness i get after a workout is crazy. Muscles in my body ache and i didnt even know they existed.


It seems that its not the day after a workout that is the worse, its the day after that which unfortunately is the next workout day. Muscle soreness makes working out very difficult.


I am told that this soreness will get easier the more i train and my body will start to recover quicker.
