Paella Rice

Ingredients


�� 50 Grams Broccoli, diced
�� 25 Grams Celery
�� 1 Cup Spinach
�� 6 Egg Whites
�� 50 Grams Onions
�� 100 Grams Mushrooms
�� ¼ Cup Brown Rice
�� ¼ Cup Chunky Salsa
�� 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce




Directions


�� Steam-cook broccoli to desired texture.
�� Coat pan with cooking spray, heat and add soy sauce, chopped onions, sliced Mushrooms, steamed broccoli, chopped celery and spinach.
�� Cook on medium heat until spinach is cooked.
�� Add brown rice and simmer until soy sauce has evaporated.
�� When all ingredients are cooked, add the egg whites and stir until fully cooked.
�� Top with Picante Sauce.
