Ingredients
50 Grams Broccoli, diced
25 Grams Celery
1 Cup Spinach
6 Egg Whites
50 Grams Onions
100 Grams Mushrooms
¼ Cup Brown Rice
¼ Cup Chunky Salsa
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Steam-cook broccoli to desired texture.
Coat pan with cooking spray, heat and add soy sauce, chopped onions, sliced Mushrooms, steamed broccoli, chopped celery and spinach.
Cook on medium heat until spinach is cooked.
Add brown rice and simmer until soy sauce has evaporated.
When all ingredients are cooked, add the egg whites and stir until fully cooked.
Top with Picante Sauce.
