Instructions All you need for this exercise is a set of dumbbells and a bench which can be inclined to around 45degrees. This doesn't have to be exact so don't worry if yours misses it by a few degrees either way.
Dumbbell flyes is a stretching movement and it is important that you get a full range of motion from each rep. The movement should be done slowly and you should focus on contracting your chest muscles to get the maximum benefit out of this chest exercise. The above video explains how to do this exercise correctly as it can be a little tricky for the beginner to perform.
