My name is Tim. I am a hard weight gainer and have been trying for years to gain weight.
I purchased your program back in the end of April 2009 for my 34th birthday. I had been working out off and on prior to this so I took a week off to rest like you suggested.
I started the No Nonsense Muscle Building 29 week beginner-intermediate program on May 4th 2009. Here are my before pictures (front and back) just before starting the first workout on that day. I weighed 265 lbs and 12% body fat at 6'2".
After 1 month, I weighed 175 lbs and 13% body fat.
After 2 months, I weighed 180 lbs and 14% body fat.
At the end of my 12 weeks, 3 months later, I weigh in at 185 lbs and back down to 13% body fat.
My biceps themselves went from 13 inches to 14.5 inches and still growing.
My diet is a lot better also, more rounded foods and more meals per day. I look and feel healthier than I have ever felt. I am going down to see family who have not seen me for 6 months. I can't wait to see what they have to say.
