You can follow my progress throughout my recent 12 week muscle building transformation challenge. In just 12 weeks and using limited equipment i was able to burn 28lbs of body fat and gain 9lbs of new muscle.

Vince was once a skinny guy with no muscle mass and only 149lbs. Vince followed the No Nonsense Muscle Building Program and shot up to 210lbs in just 6months and became a fitness model. Each and every month Vince continues to get bigger and stronger.

One of the original Body for Life contestants anthony was a naturally skinny guy who found it impossible to gain muscle and weight. In just 12 weeks of following the program he gained an incredible 32lbs of muscle
Christian followed Vince Delmonte's No Nonsense Muscle Building Program and gained muscle. Christina was a naturally skinny 16 year old that struggled to gain weight, muscle and attention from the opposite sex. Just a few months after using the muscle building program he gained weight, muscle and attention from the ladies.

Another skinny guy transformation. Joey originally followed the No Nonsense Muscle Building Program for a few weeks and started to make some incredable gains in muscle size. Being naturally skinny Joey found it extreamley difficult to build muscle. Now he is Fame fitness model champion and author of several muscle building publications.
