Easy Home Workout Programs
Working out at home is a great way to get fit. When most people think about starting a fitness program they automatically think about going to a gym. You do not have to be a member of a gym or expensive health club to get great results.
Home workouts come in all different shapes and sizes and can range from doing some simple body weight exercises to building a fully equipped gym in a spare room.

Below is an excellent example of a great home workout that requires minimum equipment to follow. You don't need alot of space for this either.
The Workout
Prisoner Squats (30 reps)
Press Ups (30 reps)
Tuck Jumps (10 reps)
Swiss Ball Leg Curls (10 reps)
Step Ups (20 reps)
Pull Ups (5 reps)
Forward Lunges (30 reps)
Tucked Elbow Press Ups (20 reps)
Inverted Rows (15 reps)
Squats (15 reps)
Pull Ups (5 reps)
Perform the exercises in a row in a continuous circuit. Aim to complete the prescribed number of reps for each exercise and if you cant manage them all in one go just keep going until you can.
After you have completed all the exercises in order rest 1 minute and then repeat the circuit.
This is a very hard workout and you may find the first circuit easy, when you get to the second and third you will feel the pain.
The only equipment you need for these home workout programs is a pull up bar and a swiss ball.
A swiss ball will set you back around $10 and a door pull up bar around $20. The step ups can be done on any step and most houses have at least one of these somewhere.
Aim to complete this home workout 3 times per week with at least 1 days rest in between workouts for recovery.
