Its the end of another week and its been a hard one this week. At the start of the week i was on a 'high' after seeing some progress in the first 3 weeks. So much so that mondays workout was the best one i have ever had and felt stronger and more pumped throughout.
By wednesday of this week i started to feel horrible there is some nasty bug going around my family at the moment and unfortunately i fell victim to this and spend thursday and friday in bed feeling and being sick. This caused me to miss fridays workout and literally spent 2 days without eating which cant be good for the muscle gain.
Having an illness ready wipes you out and i literally had no energy to even consider working out. I am hoping that more workouts next week will be more productive and enable me to make progress.
I am also going to try and add some cardio sessions to the days in between my weight training. I can already see from my results last week that i have burnt fat so i want to ramp it up a notch and burn even more, especially if i want to reach my goal of 12% body fat in the 12 weeks.
This week saw the introduction of the next 3 week phase in the No nonsense Muscle Building Program. The exact workout for the next 3 weeks can be found on page 181 of the manual.
I am hoping that this is the only bad week i am going to have as i want my progress to continue as it has done.
