Chocolate Banana Protein Bars

Ingredients

�� 300 Grams Banana
�� 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
�� 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
�� 3 Large Egg Whites
�� 4 Ounces Non-fat Milk
�� 200g 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal
�� 1/3 cup Artificial Sweetener (or Brown Sugar)
�� 1 Tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened
�� 60 Grams Chocolate-flavored Whey




Directions

�� Mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
�� Pour into non-stick cake pan.
�� Bake at 300F for 25 minutes or until firm.
�� Allow to cool.
�� Cut into 8 small bars.
