In order to get rid of excess fat your body needs the proper nutrition. A lower calorie diet will help place your body into fat burning mode. The key to losing weight is to burn more calories then you consume. This
is done through a healthy diet and also exercise.
The key to burning fat is to find out how many calories your body needs to burn fat. If you cut your calories down to much your body will make a point of storing fat, you will become ill and its unhealthy.
You should aim to increase your daily calorie intake by around 15-20%. Any more then this and you may turn your body into survival mode where it will make a point of storing more calories.
To burn fat you need to crank up your metabolism. You can do this by eating 5-7 times a day. Divide your calories evenly and eat small meals.
Blood sugar and insulin levels will remain steady if you spread out your meals.
Your body needs certain macro nutrients in order to rebuild.

The proper amount of macro nutrients are as follows; 45% carbohydrates, 35% protein and 20% fat.
A lean protein, high fiber carbohydrate and a healthy fat should be eaten at each meal.
