Believe it or not the saying that says breakfast is the most important meal of the day is not far from the truth.
For some reason many people think that it is ok to skip breakfast and that missing meals is the key to weight loss. This is totally wrong and if you really want to slim down quick then you actually need to eat more often and that includes breakfast.
Alot of people make excuses such as they dont have time for breakfast. Fitting breakfast into your day is not difficult and simply getting up 15minutes earlier will mean that there is no excuses for missing it.

Whilst you are asleep your body is not taking in any food or water and when you wake up your blood sugar level will be low with little energy and your metabolism will also be slow. By eating breakfast your body will have energy and you will also fire up your metabolism which is partly responsible for fat burning.
Whilst you are sleeping your body goes into a sort of survival mode and what happens is that muscle mass is broken doewn and fat is stored. You need breakfast to kick start your metabolism and revrese this catabolic effect.
You should aim to eat breakfast within the first 30minutes of waking up if you want to burn fat quick.
Simple carbohydrates that are quickly absorbed into the body are ideal for your breakfast meal, these could include, fresh fruits, yoghurts and some cereals. Morning is the best time to eat simple carbohydrates as your blood sugar levels will be low and you need the boost. 
Your breakfast should also have a source of protein in it to help maintain your muscle mass. Eggs and protein drinks are the best choices for breakfast.
To slim down quick, drink lots of water as it helps in burning fat and building muscle; it also provides a host of other health benefits.
