Real Body For Life Success Stories

The Body For Life challenge has been followed by over 1 million people, and basically anyone that has given it a fair go has seen results and moved 1 step closer to their dream body and a better life.

Anyone that has ever searched for the Body For Life challenge on the internet or got the book will have seen the amazing before and after pictures that go with the program. The BFL program is totally generic and will help you build muscle and burn fat, whatever your goals BFL could help you achieve them. One of the best motivators i found when starting out was looking for people with body types similar to mine and seeing their transformation. This will give you an idea of what you could achieve from using this program.


For those of you who have a copy of the Body For Life Journal will have seen for each day of the program (84) there is a before and after picture and success story to go with it. Reading peoples body for life success stories and seeing their pictures makes you realise people can achieve the impossible when they put their minds to it.


The below videos outline a few of the body for life success stories from the earlier contests.


Jeff Seidman

Jeff was one of the first 10 body for life grand champions and he gained 27lbs of pure muscle in just 12 weeks. Jeff made a few bad choices as a kid and has spent his life settling for average. Jeff made an impressive transformation in just 12 weeks. Look at the size of his biceps in the video when showing off with Bill Phillips.

 

 

Anthony Ellis

Anthony was also in the top 10 original Body For Life champions. Anthony is your skinny guy success story gaining over 32lbs of muscle in just 12 weeks. The before and after pictures are very impressive and this short video shows Bill Phillips meeting Anthony.


I could talk for ages about body for life success stories are there are so many. If you log on to the Body For Life web site then you can see most of them and also search for different transformation types, such as muscle gain or fat loss. You tube is another great source of success stories and there are plenty of videos on their of people having changed their lives through body for life.  

12 Weeks does not seem a long time in order to achieve some of these fantastic results, but if you put your mind to it and give all aspects of the program 100% then you can easily achieve similar results.

 

 

My 12 Week Transformation

You can follow my progress throughout my recent 12 week muscle building transformation challenge. In just 12 weeks and using limited equipment i was able to burn 28lbs of body fat and gain 9lbs of new muscle.
