Body of work was a film made by the creator of the Body for life challenge Bill Phillips. It is a documentary which follows Bill as he attempts to transform the lives of hundreds of people through a bodybuilding competition for the new spokesperson of supplement company EAS.

Bill Phillips even offered his red sports car as a prize for the winner and he was inundated with entries from all walks of life. The contest he ran was to see who could transform their lives and their bodies in just 12 weeks.

Out of all the entrants they were narrowed down to the final 10 and these were featured in the film body of work. Their amazing stories and transformations are highly motivational and are featured in the body for life DVD. Body of Work shows you how ordinary people with busy lives, busy jobs and in some cases ill health can overcome obstacles in their way and achieve not only a better body but also a better life. body for life dvd


The body for life program is not just about looking good for the beech its about feeling good on the inside as well. Its about achieving your goals not just in fitness but in life and its about believing in yourself.

The success stories discs 1 & 2 follow Bill Phillips as he presents prizes to the best Body For Life entries. You will get to see some remarkable transformations and stories of inspiration. Even if you don't plan on following the body for life program these discs are well worth watching as they will inspire you to make a change in your life.

The fourth disc in the Body For Life DVD looks at the actual program itself and explains more about the training, nutrition and supplementation schedules you should be following. All aspects of training including the weight training and high point cardio sessions are explained in this DVD as well at the eating for life method which simplifies dieting.


The Body For Life DVD can become hard to find these days as it is quiet old and the body for life program has changed since Bill Phillips has left EAS. I got my copy from Amazon for around $20 which is a good price. You could search the internet and ebay and you will find a copy.

Below is a clip from the dvd and sets the scene of this highly inspirational film. It is definitely worth watching and if you buy it then you get 4 dvds worth of body for life information, success stories and coaching advice.


The first time i watched this DVD i was both shocked and impressed. The success stories are amazing and you get to hear how regular people like yourself have overcome adversity and produced impressive gains in muscle gain and fat loss. I watched all 4 DVD's in a marathon session and was fired up more then ever to do a workout. I have not followed the body for life program but have completed a few workouts from it and have to say that i was impressed with the principles. The program is totally generic and anyone with any body type can follow it.

 

 

My 12 Week Transformation

You can follow my progress throughout my recent 12 week muscle building transformation challenge. In just 12 weeks and using limited equipment i was able to burn 28lbs of body fat and gain 9lbs of new muscle.
