If you only have limit space then your home workout my just consist of bodyweight exercises and 'on the spot' exercises. Space dose not have to be a limiting factor and you can still get a great home workout wherever you train.
Your Current Fitness Levels
This will effect the type of training that you initially do. There is no point in trying to run a marathon when you cant even walk one. Start off by taking it easy and testing your fitness levels and pushing yourself a little amount on each training session.

Finding the time to train can be difficult for most people as we life hectic lives. If you look at your current day and think that there is no time for a home workout then you need to look closely at your day and you will begin to realize that there is alot of wasted time in each day.
You only need between 10-50minutes to have a great workout. The shorter the workout time is the more intense the workout session needs to be to give you the benefit from training.
