The truth is that cardio training alone will do very little to help you burn fat and reshape your body.
Im not saying that cardio is dead and it should still be done, but it should not be relied on as the main way to burn body fat.

Your cardio workouts should also include weight training. Lifting weights causes your body to burn fat for longer, it also helps define and shape your body.
To maximize the benefits of your exercise plan, you must follow a proper nutrition plan. Even though proper nutrition is not considered an “exercise” you must include it in your plan.
The results that you are working so hard for will not materialize if you only exercise but do not eat properly.
You cannot expect to see results if you only follow some of the rules, you need to work hard and follow them all.
