Ingredients
½ Cup Quaker Oats
1/3 Cup Oat Bran
1 Medium-sized Banana, sliced
¾ Cup Strawberries
1½ Scoops Strawberry- or Vanilla-Flavored Whey Protein Powder
Water
¼ Tsp Salt
Cinnamon to taste
Directions
Bring oats to a simmer
Add banana, salt, cinnamon and oat bran.
Stir for 10 minutes until desired consistency.
Remove from heat.
Stir-in strawberries and protein powder.
Serve.
